The report highlights a deeply troubling text exchange where UVU Police Chief Jeffrey Long allegedly assured TPUSA security supervisor Dan Flood, “We got you covered” regarding rooftop access, a statement the review claims was misinterpreted and did not address the actual threat vector from which prosecutors allege accused assassin Tyler Robinson fired the fatal shot.
