A Senegalese national, Sanata Coulibaly, has been arrested by federal authorities in New Jersey on charges of illegally voting in multiple elections, escalating the ongoing conflict between Democratic Governor Mikie Sherrill and the Trump administration over immigration enforcement and election integrity.
