DNA evidence from a sexual assault kit reportedly linked Federline to the victim, whose mother found her partially unclothed with a lethal amount of the active ingredient in Benadryl, far exceeding known lethal concentrations, along with Fluoxetine, also present despite not being prescribed. Investigators are now seeking access to Federline’s social media and online shopping accounts as they widen their probe into the circumstances surrounding the girl’s death, for which no charges have yet been filed.
