The suit claims Her engaged in unwanted physical contact, such as placing her hand on his thigh during a budget meeting, and repeatedly made advances, stating they “needed to be friends” or “this was not going to work” and emphasizing a need for a “close relationship.” Henry also alleges Her frequented the police department gym when he was present, calling him and others “beefy” and simulating orgasms while working out. A particularly egregious incident described involves Her asking about the abbreviation “MFF” on Henry’s uniform, only to respond, “Oh, I thought it said MILF so maybe I could get one.” Furthermore, during a meeting about relocating the police station, Her allegedly threatened to falsely accuse Henry of sexual assault if she didn’t get her way. The lawsuit also outlines Her’s alleged retaliatory actions after Henry filed an internal complaint, including excluding him from decisions, withholding records, and releasing a “sanitized” investigation summary, which Her’s office disputes, stating an independent investigation did not substantiate the claims.
