Amazon’s latest action thriller, clocking in at 112 minutes, has officially cemented its status as one of the year’s best, achieving a near-perfect score that positions it as a modern genre masterpiece. While the enduring legacy of Keanu Reeves’ John Wick continues to dominate the action landscape, this new film introduces a compelling narrative that offers even more intricate twists and turns than Baba Yaga himself could navigate. The story centers on a widower grappling with the immense challenge of balancing his demanding killer profession with the responsibilities of fatherhood, delivering a potent blend of adrenaline-fueled sequences and emotional depth that promises to captivate audiences.
