OnlyFans Model Courtney Clenney Pleads Guilty to Manslaughter, Sentenced to Six Years

Courtney Clenney, the OnlyFans model accused of fatally stabbing her boyfriend Christian Obumseli in their Miami apartment, has pleaded guilty to first-degree manslaughter with a deadly weapon, receiving a six-year prison sentence followed by five years of probation. This plea agreement, which includes credit for the four years she has already served, resolves the criminal charges stemming from Obumseli’s death on April 3, 2022. As part of her probation, Clenney will undergo mandatory mental health and substance abuse evaluations and treatment. The resolution of the criminal case comes after months of legal proceedings, during which Clenney’s attorneys argued she acted in self-defense, portraying her as a victim of domestic abuse, while Obumseli’s family maintained he was the victim. Notably, Clenney had also previously settled a civil lawsuit filed by Obumseli’s estate, which had accused her of battery and alleged negligence by the apartment complex defendants for failing to provide adequate security. The terms of that civil settlement were resolved prior to the public announcement of her criminal plea deal.
