Wisteguens Jean Quely Charles, the Haitian illegal alien and self-proclaimed gang member who went viral shouting “Biden forever” and defiantly stating “I’m not going back to Haiti” during his January 2025 ICE arrest, has been deported to Haiti by the Trump administration after spending 19 months in federal custody. Charles, who had accumulated 17 criminal convictions including assault and battery on a public employee, resisting arrest, and drug trafficking, was put on an ICE flight from Louisiana. Sources reported Charles was combative on the aircraft, making profane and threatening remarks about President Trump and his family. His deportation marks a stark contrast to his arrest in Massachusetts, where he was captured on camera protesting his removal. Charles had initially been granted Temporary Protected Status (TPS) under the Obama administration in 2013, but his TPS was terminated in July 2022. An immigration judge issued a final order of removal on November 7, 2025, leading to his eventual deportation. DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin credited the Trump administration with Charles’ removal, vowing that illegal immigrants will be found, arrested, and removed, while a White House spokeswoman contrasted the Trump administration’s enforcement with Democratic policies that allegedly allowed Charles to remain in the country. The deportation was highlighted by DHS with a photo of President Trump waving goodbye, underscoring the administration’s stance on immigration enforcement.
